The race achieved a record participation figure with 853 entrants, who tackled a course marked by rain, mud, and slippery terrain. Despite the meteorological challenges, the runners enjoyed the sporting day and the natural environment that characterizes the event.
This special fifteen-year edition has solidified the Guardiola's Corriols Race as a much-loved sporting event in the municipality and a notable occasion at both regional and Catalan levels.
The organization maintains its commitment to sustainability, conducting a study to assess the race's environmental impact and identify potential improvements to promote mountain sports with maximum respect for the environment.
The Town Council of Sant Salvador de Guardiola has thanked the volunteers, sponsors, collaborators, and the organizing team for their involvement, whose support was essential for making this fifteenth edition possible.
