Traffic was restored once crews successfully removed the truck that overturned last Friday at kilometer 283. The recovery operation was delayed by persistent strong mestral winds in the Baix Camp area. During the closure, vehicles were diverted through exit 297 toward the N-340 road.
According to the Catalan Transit Service, despite the reopening, three-kilometer tailbacks remain near l'Ametlla de Mar in the Baix Ebre district. Additionally, Civil Protection has lifted the ban on heavy trucks over 7,500 kg that affected a 150-kilometer stretch between l'Arboç and Ulldecona.
Regarding rail transport, Renfe confirmed that Medium and Long Distance trains between Catalonia and Valencia are running again. The connection had been suspended on Saturday due to the storm, which also impacted high-speed services between Valencia and Castellón and caused delays in the local Rodalies network.
