The Cervus restaurant in Reus has been honored with its first Repsol Sun in 2026, marking a significant milestone for the culinary scene in the Baix Camp region.

The award was announced during the 2026 Repsol Guide Suns gala held at the Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona. Cervus was recognized for its creative fusion of Catalan and Andalusian traditions, a rising trend in the Spanish gastronomic sector.
In the Tarragona province, Cervus and Quintaforca (located in Nulles) were the two new additions to the guide. Catalonia now boasts a total of 122 awarded restaurants, reflecting the region's strength as it celebrates its status as the World Region of Gastronomy.

"This year's list focuses on young projects, shorter and more dynamic menus, and a culinary fusion that looks at domestic territories."
