The convocation, carried out in accordance with articles 11 and 12 of the entity's statutes, is mandatory at least once a year to address routine management matters. The General Assembly is the highest body for participation and representation of the Baix Camp Sports Council.
The agenda will focus on the approval of the sports report and the budget liquidation for the 2024-2025 academic year, in addition to the validation of accounts for the 2025-2026 period.

The meeting will take place in the assembly hall of the Baix Camp County Council, located at C/ Doctor Ferran, núm. 8. The first call will be at 6:45 PM and the second, at 7:15 PM on February 11, 2026.
The statutes establish that the Assembly is constituted by sports entities, schools, and public institutions (city councils and the County Council). To be eligible to vote, one must be the legal representative or an authorized member of the same institution; proxy or mail voting is not accepted.
