The Espai Boule center in Reus has launched an initiative for local companies to host students from the Dual Vocational Training program for Administrative Assistants this February, with no salary or administrative costs.

In Reus and the surrounding area, many companies seek young talent while many candidates struggle to find their first job opportunity. To address this gap, Espai Boule, a training center located in the city center, is offering organizations the chance to host interns through its Dual Vocational Training program for Administrative Assistants at no extra cost.
Students combine theoretical classes with five hours of daily internships at the company during the morning. This model allows young people to gain real-world experience tailored to market needs, while companies can evaluate talent before a potential permanent hire. Pedagogical follow-up is managed directly by Espai Boule.

Hosting a student does not represent a burden for the company, as management and remuneration are fully subsidized.

The partnership is formalized through a one-year alternating contract. Thanks to the subsidies funding the program, Espai Boule fully handles the contract management, Social Security, and student remuneration. Interested companies can contact the center this February to participate in training the region's future professionals.
