The veteran worker began his professional career as a garbage service operator and retires as a driver, always remaining linked to the same field in the city of Reus. His retirement was marked by the recognition of the current concessionaire company management, UTE Reus Net, and his colleagues.

Regarding the evolution of the service over almost four decades, Forner specifically highlighted the improvement of working conditions for employees and the positive evolution of citizen perception. However, he stressed that the quality of the service always depends on the resources allocated to it.
The head of UTE Reus Net, Judith Marqués, and the president of the Works Council, Miguel Pérez, praised Forner's professional career and his contribution to the daily operation of the service for nearly four decades.
