The Mas Carandell agency has launched the Integral Plus program in Baix Camp, providing 12,430 euro subsidies for companies hiring unemployed residents over 45 years old or long-term unemployed over 30.

This initiative aims to fund up to 65 new positions with a total budget of approximately 808,000 euros. Each participating company can formalize up to ten contracts, potentially receiving 124,300 euros in total aid. The program replaces the former 30 Plus scheme, which saw a 78% job retention rate.

"Integral Plus subsidies are a great tool to reinforce support for companies to invest in local talent and generate stable employment."
