The towns of Prades and Capafonts have officially joined the Holy Week program of the l'Espluga de Francolí Pastoral Unit, marking a significant territorial expansion of the festivities.

This growth follows the inclusion of these municipalities into the parish group linked to the Poblet Monastery. New highlights include the Easter Vigil in Prades and traditional choral performances by Prades Cor, alongside events at the Abellera Hermitage.
A major milestone this year is the restoration of the Holy Sepulcher mystery. This post-Civil War piece underwent specialized treatment to repair woodworm damage. The project was funded through local donations and support from a family in l'Espluga, ensuring the preservation of this religious icon.
The Good Friday procession remains a central event, featuring the 17th-century Sang Flag and performances by the Cobla Pitança de l'Arboç. The Armats (Roman soldiers) will also perform their traditional drills through the historic streets of the municipality.
