The plan, approved in March 2022, started with 71 initial measures. However, constant adaptation to youth reality and proximity work have allowed the incorporation of ten new measures, reaching 78 current actions. This deployment has been broad and diversified, covering key areas such as employment, education, health, culture, and participation.
Among the most relevant novelties is the 'Nexes' service, a pioneer in the territory, offering support in sexual and emotional health for young people. Proximity work has also been reinforced with the creation of the Casal Mòbil and the Punt Jove at the Pere Anguera Library, aiming to decentralize services towards the south of the city.
The increase in the Youth budget between 2023 and 2026 has been 103%, exceeding the 10% annual recommendation set by the Local Plan itself.
The plan's momentum is reflected in the increase in human resources, rising from eight professionals in 2022 to thirteen in 2025. The budget has grown from 133,771 euros in 2023 to 271,826 euros planned for this year. Final challenges for the 2026–2027 period include reaching 100% execution, consolidating the new Carrilet facility, and initiating the plan review.
