Reus Deportiu has secured qualification for the WSE Champions League final stage after defeating Italy's Trissino 4-2 at the Palau d'Esports in Reus.

The team led by Jordi Garcia achieved its third major goal of the season by securing a spot in the Final 8, to be held in Coimbra from May 6th to 10th. After a goalless first half, the local squad had to overcome a two-goal deficit in the second period.
Trissino took the lead with goals from Giulio Cocco and Jordi Méndez in the 31st minute. Reus reacted quickly through Marc Julià, who scored twice to level the match. Carles Casas and captain Joan Salvat completed the comeback in the final minutes.
Young goalkeeper Nil Vinya played a crucial role, standing in for the injured Càndid Ballart and making several key saves to keep the team's European hopes alive.
