The city of Reus has launched the registration process for its 2026 community walking cycle, starting on March 8th to mark International Women's Day.

Organized by the Health and Sports department, the first walk, Reus Hivern, focuses on equality. The event is supported by local groups such as Heroïnes Anònimes and the Blanca Almendro Women's Association. The first 1,000 participants to sign up via the official website will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
The program continues throughout the year with various social themes. On April 19th, the Reus Primavera walk will support rare disease awareness, followed by a social inclusion march on June 20th. These events provide a platform for local NGOs like AFANOC and Salut Mental Dr Tosquelles to showcase their work.
The season will wrap up with two traditional events in the Baix Camp region: a walk for the Taller Baix Camp on October 25th and the final solidarity walk for La Marató on December 13th.
