The Reus City Council is launching a new edition of the Open Playgrounds project during the Easter break to provide safe spaces for play and social interaction in Reus.

The program will run on March 28, 30, and 31, and April 1, 2, and 4, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Specialized professionals will lead the activities, focusing on community engagement and well-being for participants divided into two morning shifts.
Three schools will participate: Prat de la Riba, Rubió i Ors, and the CEE Font del Lleó special education center. The service is available for children aged 3 to 16 at the regular schools, while the age limit is extended to 21 at the CEE Font del Lleó to meet specific needs.
This initiative is part of the Pla Corresponsables, a public policy aimed at promoting a more equitable distribution of caregiving duties. Registration is now open through the official municipal website for families interested in these holiday activities.
