The Roseta Mauri International Dance Award in Reus has selected 23 dancers from sixty applicants to compete in its 12th edition, scheduled to take place at Teatre Fortuny from March 11 to 14.

For the first time, the prestigious competition had to conduct a pre-selection process due to high demand. Out of 60 candidates, the jury shortlisted 30, with 23 ultimately confirmed to perform on stage in the Baix Camp region.
The semifinals and the final rounds will be held on March 12 and 13, offering free admission to the public at Teatre Fortuny. The event will conclude on Saturday, March 14, with a grand gala featuring Spanish dancers currently working in renowned international companies.
Recognized as one of the most important dance contests in the country, the Roseta Mauri Award offers a top prize of 5,000 euros. A total of nine awards and scholarships will be granted to support the professional development of young dancers.
