The firaReus Events facilities hosted the second edition of the Catalonia student construction competition last week, featuring ten pairs of students from vocational training centers.

Marc Iglesias and Lupe Podestá from the Comte de Rius Institute in Tarragona secured the top spot. The competition required participants to build a corner wall with a catenary arch and mosaic details, paying tribute to the Year of Gaudí.
The jury, composed of industry experts, praised the high technical level and cleanliness of the work. The event took place within the Camins d'FP vocational training fair, which showcased over 40 exhibitors and 54 institutional stands in Reus.

"These initiatives show that students have real options to join the labor market in a short period."
