The Catalonia Circus Fair, Trapezi Reus, has announced that tickets for its 30th edition will go on sale starting April 23, coinciding with Sant Jordi's Day.

The event, which will take place in Reus from May 13 to 17, promises a diverse program featuring contemporary circus acts from national and international companies. This special edition celebrates three decades of history, solidifying its position as the leading circus fair in Spain and a benchmark event in southern Europe.
Tickets for the various shows will be available through the official website of the Fair, www.trapezi.cat, from April 23. They can also be purchased physically at the box offices of the Fortuny and Bartrina theaters, and from May 13, at the Trapezi Box Office at Cal Massó. Show prices are popular, ranging from 3 to 8 euros.
This year's program will include over 82 performances, 10 showcases, and the participation of 60 companies. Various circus formats and disciplines will be presented, addressing current and socially relevant themes such as motherhood, gender equality, and mental health. Trapezi thus continues its objective of projecting a modern image of the circus, moving away from traditional imaginaries and positioning it as a contemporary and diverse artistic discipline.
The edition will feature a balance between major international names such as Collectif Malunés, Cie Jessica Arpin, La Triochka or Compagnie Gaïus, and established Catalan circus companies like Hotel Iocandi, Circ Pistolet or Toti Toronell. Additionally, the Fair will support emerging talent with the first solo creations by Àlex Duran, Juan Carlos Panduro or Luichi Leal.
Beyond the artistic program, Trapezi reinforces its role as a professional market and networking space. The professional activities of Trapezi Pro Catalan Arts will be a key meeting point to foster alliances, exchange knowledge, and drive new opportunities for the circus sector. From May 13 to 15, industry professionals will participate in meetings, thought-provoking activities, showcases, and networking spaces, consolidating the Fair as a connection platform at both national and international levels.
