Reus FC Reddis left the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque empty-handed on Sunday, January 18, 2026, after falling 2-0 against Espanyol B, penalized by their offensive inefficiency.

The Reus side started the match with an early warning, when a goal by Andy Alarcón was disallowed for offside. Despite this, Reus FC Reddis was incisive in attack and had good opportunities during the first half, the clearest being a shot by Kenneth that was saved by the home goalkeeper, Llorenç.
In the second half, the visitors maintained the initiative. In the 61st minute, Benito shot too wide from a clear chance. The Reus goalkeeper, Pacheco, also had to intervene with a great save in the 70th minute to prevent the 1-0.
Shortly after, however, the decisive blow arrived. Londoño capitalized on an offensive move by Espanyol B to open the scoring. With the result against them, Reus FC Reddis pushed forward, and Serrano had the chance to equalize, but his shot went wide.
Espanyol B sealed the match in added time with the 2-0, scored by Lluc, leaving the Baix Camp team without reward. Next Sunday, Reus FC Reddis will host Castellón B at the Estadi Municipal.
