The Espai Boule in Reus has launched a 40-hour fully subsidized Japanese cuisine course aimed at enhancing the professional skills of workers within the local hospitality and catering sector.

The training takes place at the Restoration and Hospitality Training Classroom from March 13 to April 17. Classes are scheduled on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings to accommodate working professionals' schedules.
