The SHUM Frit Ravich, coached by Jordi Garcia, lost 3-2 against Reus Deportiu on the Tarragona rink on Sunday, January 18, 2026, despite a late comeback attempt.

The team from Girona came close to achieving a heroic comeback on the Reus rink. The three-goal lead secured by the home side proved too large a difference to salvage a positive result during the visit to Tarragona territory. Jordi Garcia's men had to fight from the start, as Reus opened the scoring within the first five minutes of play.
The hardest blow for SHUM came just 1:54 before halftime, when the home team, again through Pol Martínez, scored a goal that widened the gap. In the second half, Reus scored again in just two minutes, making it 3-0 and severely complicating Maçanet's chances of scoring points.

Despite the final attempt at a comeback, SHUM fought hard until the end against a high-level opponent like Reus Deportiu.

Despite the disadvantage, Garcia's team did not give up. With 11 minutes remaining, a penalty converted by Roger Presas allowed the visitors to open their score. Just three minutes later, SHUM scored another goal, narrowing the difference to the minimum (3-2), but the equalizer never arrived.
