The rider, who is participating in the world's toughest stage race for the first time, managed to continue the competition after the incident. He finished the 495-kilometer loop stage in 78th position, nearly three hours behind the winner.
In the general classification, Guillén holds the 68th position, 8 hours, 22 minutes, and 10 seconds behind the current leader, Spanish rider Tosha Schareina, who won the stage with a time of 4:31:56 hours.

Guillén stated that the last few days had been “complicated” and that although the crash was minor, he felt the psychological impact and started the next day with discomfort. Nevertheless, he remains determined to keep advancing in the race.
