Accident on AP-7 in L'Ampolla: 8 km of traffic jams and 4 minor injuries

A multi-vehicle accident involving three cars caused approximately eight kilometers of traffic jams on the AP-7 highway near L'Ampolla on Monday morning, heading south towards Amposta.

The incident occurred around 10:23 AM at kilometer 307.2 of the highway. As a result of the collision, one southbound lane remains closed, creating a long queue extending from L'Ametlla de Mar.
According to initial provisional reports, four people sustained minor injuries from the impact.
The disruption has also affected the northbound direction, with approximately three kilometers of congestion reported in L'Ampolla, based on the latest traffic updates.
Emergency services and road maintenance crews are working at the scene to attend to those involved and restore normal traffic flow.
