The Deltebre City Council has formalized the lease of the Lo Sosar space at L'Arrossera to the Artisan Cosmetics Association of Terres de l'Ebre (ACATE) to boost natural cosmetics production.

The objective is to promote a project specializing in the creation of natural cosmetics, closely linked to the resources and identity of the Terres de l'Ebre territory. This initiative consolidates the L'Arrossera facility as a key center for entrepreneurship, innovation, and the generation of economic opportunities in the municipality.
The leased space is equipped with the necessary facilities and equipment for productive activity, including preparation, storage, quarantine, changing rooms, and a sample room, all specifically adapted for the production of natural cosmetics.
The lease agreement has an initial term of two years, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of ten. This agreement will allow ACATE to develop its production, experimentation, and business growth activities from L'Arrossera. The contract was approved at the municipal plenary session in May.
The mayor of Deltebre, Lluís Soler, emphasized that L'Arrossera was conceived to create opportunities, retain talent, and support new business projects. He highlighted that the launch of this workshop exemplifies how such facilities can serve as a foundation for innovative initiatives.
L'Arrossera is a municipal facility designed to foster entrepreneurship, self-employment, teleworking, and talent attraction, offering spaces and services focused on innovation and the development of new business projects within the municipality.
