The Deltebre City Council has presented the new edition of the summer activities agenda, #ViuDeltebre, featuring over one hundred proposals for all audiences between June and September.

The summer program, unveiled outside the Consell de Riumar, includes established events such as the Rice Festivals, the Gastronomic Days of Mussel and Rice, the main festivals of various neighborhoods, and the markets of Riumar. Additionally, it features concerts with artists like Joan Rovira and Los 80 Principales, participation in the DeltaChamber Music Festival, kayak routes, night walks, and experiences to discover the Ebro Delta.
The mayor of Deltebre, Lluís Soler, emphasized that the agenda is "a reflection of a lively, dynamic municipality with a wide range of activities that allow us to enjoy our town, strengthen community ties, and continue promoting Deltebre as an attractive destination year-round." Soler thanked the involvement of local entities and associations, calling them "a driving force for social cohesion."
One of the highlights will be on August 12th, with the observation of a solar eclipse. Various educational activities are planned beforehand, along with three specific observation points: the Lo Passador bridge, the Bombita Estate, and Riumar beach.
The councilor for Tourism Focus, Sustainability, and Beaches, Lola Casanova, highlighted that the agenda "is also part of our tourism strategy," offering "authentic experiences, linked to the territory, that allow enjoying the Ebro Delta with respect, sustainability, and coexistence."
Casanova concluded that the eclipse "represents an extraordinary opportunity to project Deltebre to the world," valuing the landscape and generating a positive economic impact.
Activities will be available starting Tuesday, June 16th, on the website deltebre.cat. The agenda will also be downloadable in Spanish, French, English, and German.
