Driver rescued after accident in Camarles

A 28-year-old man was rescued by the Bombers in Camarles during the early hours of this Monday, after his vehicle veered off the road and nearly fell into a canal.

The incident occurred on the TV-3401 road, where the car collided with the guardrails. The Bombers received the alert at 5:34 AM and deployed three units to the scene to secure the vehicle with a winch and cordon off the area.
The 28-year-old driver was extracted from the vehicle through the trunk. Subsequently, the Sistema d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) transported him to Hospital Verge de la Cinta, where he was admitted in a less serious condition.
