The Junts per Tortosa municipal group has publicly denounced the poor state of the Win Jesús sports complex, warning of chronic neglect that damages the city's image.

During the March plenary session, councilor Roger Pedret blamed the municipal company Tortosa Sport for the lack of upkeep. According to the party, weeds in the outdoor areas connecting the locker rooms to the paddle courts have grown over 1.5 meters high.

"Maintenance is the responsibility of Tortosa Sport and action was always taken. More than fifteen days after denouncing it in the plenary session, the facilities remain in the same state."

This is not the first time the party has highlighted deficiencies at the Tortosa facility, including lack of cleaning, no hot water, and accumulated dirt on the paddle tennis courts.
