The process begins this Friday, March 20th, with a public forum in Cervantes Street. This is the first of several meetings designed to help citizens draft and submit their investment proposals for the city and the villages of Els Reguers and Vinallop.

Of the total fund, 210,000 euros are earmarked for Tortosa city, while 20,000 euros each will be allocated to Els Reguers and Vinallop. Proposals must be legally viable and fall under municipal jurisdiction to move forward to the final voting stage.
Residents aged 16 and over will be able to vote on the validated projects from July 10th to August 31st. Submissions can be made in person at the forums or digitally via the official participa.tortosa.cat website.
