The Trens Dignes platform has demanded the resignation of the Secretary of Mobility, Manel Nadal, following the announcement of a new fare system for the Terres de l'Ebre region.

The group argues that the integration into the Tarragona metropolitan transport authority is a half-measure. While it introduces discounts for young people on intercity buses, it currently excludes the railway network, leaving many commuters without affordable options for their daily travel to Barcelona.

"We have hit rock bottom in our relationship with someone who says one thing and does another."

The platform also highlighted the upcoming maintenance work on the Garraf tunnels, which will disrupt the R15 and R16 lines starting in March. They criticize the Government for failing to provide additional Avant high-speed shuttle services to compensate for the expected delays.
