The investigation began in January after police spotted the suspect riding a scooter in the Ferreries district with pre-packaged doses of marijuana and hashish. Surveillance confirmed quick street transactions with third parties.

During a house search, officers seized more drugs, precision scales, a large machete, and 605 euros in cash. The suspect appeared before a Tortosa judge the following day.
