The L'Aldea City Council, located in Baix Ebre, launched a new municipal mobile application on February 7, 2026, to optimize communication and public information access.

The application is already available for download on mobile devices, although the council has reported that it is currently in a testing environment. During this initial phase, incidents or operational errors may occur.
For this reason, the City Council asks for the collaboration of residents so that, if they detect any problem or suggestion for improvement, they communicate it through the usual contact channels with the consistory.

"with this new APP we take a step forward to improve communication between the City Council and the citizens"

Irene Negre · Councillor for Citizenship
Councillor Negre stressed that the goal is to make municipal information “closer, accessible and immediate, adapted to current digital habits”. She added that citizen involvement will be fundamental to finalize and improve this new communication channel.
