DeltaGestió launches 3.2 million euro framework agreement for technical services in the Ebro Delta

The DeltaGestió Inter-municipal Association, meeting in l’Ampolla, approved the tender for a 3.2 million euro framework agreement to strengthen technical services and promote shared projects in the Ebro Delta.

The framework agreement, with a maximum budget of 3,200,000 euros over a four-year period, will allow for the administrative contracting of technical and consulting services. This measure seeks to provide the entity with specialized assistance more quickly and efficiently.
Among the main functions of this new instrument are the drafting of construction and urban planning projects, as well as the processing of subsidies considered strategic for the municipalities that are part of the Association.
During the session held in the municipality of l’Ampolla, it was also agreed to request a 48,000 euro subsidy from GALLCE. These funds will be allocated to a project promoting healthy habits in schools within the DeltaGestió area.
The goal of this initiative is to encourage fish consumption among children and youth, highlighting the value of local products linked to the region's fishing sector. Furthermore, the assembly approved a declaration supporting the creation of the Association of Inter-municipal Associations of Catalonia.
