The program El foraster, hosted by Quim Masferrer, will premiere its new season on TV3 and 3Cat on Monday, January 12, 2026, beginning its journey through various locations across Catalonia.

The show's format remains unchanged: Quim Masferrer has 48 hours to meet the residents of a town and subsequently presents his unique vision in a monologue at the local theater. Residents are both audience and protagonists, in a space that combines humor, interviews, and character scouting.
One of the most anticipated episodes this season will be dedicated to Tivenys, a municipality in the Baix Ebre region near the Ebro river. The Tivenys City Council confirmed that this episode will air on January 19, one week after the premiere.

The Tivenys episode promises to be one of the most emotional moments in Quim Masferrer's television career.

The visit to Tivenys will include an emotional reunion with Cintena de Benifallet, known for co-starring in a dance in her dining room that remains etched in the memory of viewers. Additionally, Quim Masferrer will also visit Pinós, Besalú, Begur, Vall de Cardós, Castellví de la Marca, and Brunyola.
