The Oncolliga Girona Foundation has announced Oncopadel, a new solidarity initiative taking place in Begur from June 26 to 28, 2026, to raise funds for cancer research and support.

The event will be held at the Club Gimnàs-Pàdel Indians and features 55 hours of uninterrupted play. Supported by the Begur Town Council and the Catalan Padel Federation, it joins the foundation's successful sports challenges like Oncotrail.

"We hope this will be the first of many editions."
