At a gathering at the Cork Museum (Museu del Suro), attended by around a hundred people, Sàmper highlighted the Government's commitment to promoting the reindustrialization of Catalonia and making it a driver of economic growth at both national and European levels. The event, themed «Two Years Building the Future», served to review the midpoint of the legislative term.
The minister advocated for integrated governmental action uniting the areas of business, labour, and digital policies. The objective is to strengthen the productive fabric, enhance competitiveness, and foster quality employment. The progress of the Single Business Window (Finestreta Única Empresarial) plan was also emphasized as part of the administrative simplification strategy.

During his speech, covered by Televisió Costa Brava, Sàmper announced the creation of the Catalan Observatory on Artificial Intelligence and the Labour Market. This new tool aims to anticipate the impact of artificial intelligence on jobs.
The event also featured the participation of the department's Secretary General, Pol Gibert, sectoral secretaries Jaume Baró (Business and Innovation), Paco Ramos (Labour), and Maria Galindo (Digital Policies). Additionally, the mayor of Palafrugell, Laura Millán, and the Government delegate in Girona, Xavier Guitart, intervened.
The meeting is part of the territorial outreach being carried out by Government members to coincide with the midpoint of their mandate, following the conference given by President Salvador Illa.
