Coordinated by the Palafrugell Library as part of the Viu el teu barri program, the initiative aims to make culture more accessible. The system is simple: residents can take a book for free as long as they leave another one in its place, creating a continuous flow of literature.

Exchange stations have been set up at several local social centers, including Mas Mascort, la Punxa, Ample street, la Sauleda, and the Can Genís space. This wide distribution ensures that the service reaches different areas of the municipality.

To ensure the project's success, only books and stories in good condition are accepted. Damaged materials are excluded to maintain a high-quality selection for all participants in this new shared community library.
