The Palamós Town Council begins the 23rd edition of the Education and Family Days this Thursday, March 12th, offering a series of expert-led talks at the La Gorga Theater.

The 2026 program features three sessions held on consecutive Thursdays. The event aims to provide parents and educators with essential tools to navigate modern challenges, such as digital literacy and healthy lifestyle habits for young people.
Key speakers include Susana Pérez, who will discuss digital misinformation, and nutritionist Xavi Verdaguer, focusing on physical well-being. The final session by Olga Praderas on March 26th will examine how gender stereotypes affect youth participation in sports.
Admission to all events is free, though prior booking is required via the theater's website. The initiative is supported by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Girona Provincial Council.
