This innovative system, which starts today, Monday, consists of equipped vehicles that will travel throughout the territory, making periodic visits to municipalities, approximately once a month. The main objective is to bring public administration closer to citizens.
During the stays of these mobile offices, residents will be able to carry out various procedures, such as renewing certificates, applying for aid, or resolving administrative queries. A specialized agent will offer personalized attention to guide users through their processes.
The service also includes the possibility of registering for digital identification systems and providing assistance to familiarize people with online procedures. This measure seeks to reduce the digital divide and facilitate access to digital tools for the entire population.
The mobile offices are designed to particularly benefit the elderly or those with mobility difficulties, as well as municipalities where access to administrative services is limited. The vehicles have adapted spaces for in-person attention and equipment that allows users to carry out procedures autonomously if they wish.
This initiative is part of a new citizen service model that combines in-person and digital attention, aiming to make public procedures more accessible. The Government expects this system to improve service for thousands of people across the territory and strengthen the proximity of public services.
