The Torroella de Montgrí Town Council has reopened the bidding process for two urban estates in l'Estartit, including the historic Mas Basó and the Casa Salietti building on the seafront.

The Mas Basó property, formerly known as Pub Saratoga, is listed with a minimum bid of 234,107.92 euros. The auction remains open until March 16, 2026. Meanwhile, Casa Salietti, the former Restaurant Robert, is valued at 657,382.20 euros.
Bidders must submit their offers electronically through the BOE Auction Portal. According to the General Tax Law, the current owners can still reclaim the properties by paying their outstanding debts before the final sale is certified.
