The Sant Esteve Sesrovires City Council will begin the first phase of asphalt improvement works on Tuesday, January 27, investing over 400,000 euros, prioritizing the Anoia and Sesrovires industrial areas.

The paving works, set to begin next week, aim to improve accessibility and the condition of the municipality's roads. This first phase, with a budget exceeding 400,000 euros, includes repairs in both industrial zones and the urban core.

"With this first phase, we begin a significant action on the municipality's roads, both in industrial estates and the urban core. This commitment to improving accessibility will also soon be reflected in the redevelopment projects we are finalizing for those sections that still require it."

Joan Galceran · First Deputy Mayor and Head of Public Roads
The works will commence on Tuesday, January 27, affecting mobility at key points. In the Anoia industrial estate, repairs will be carried out on priority streets such as Treball, Comerç, Cooperativa, Indústria, and Maquinària, with regulated alternate traffic flow.
Regarding the Sesrovires industrial estate, interventions will focus on the entrances located on Severo Ochoa and Albert Einstein streets. At the latter point, access via Severo Ochoa from the B-224 road will be closed, requiring caution from drivers.
During February, the paving work will continue in the urban center, covering streets such as Jardinets, De les Flors, Martorell, and Avinguda Bon Repòs. Subsequently, rural roads such as Cementiri, Ca n’Amat, and Can Domènech will also be addressed.
