Regarding security, the council highlighted a significant advancement with the incorporation of more than 33 new agents of the Local Police since the beginning of the term. This human and material reinforcement has contributed to a 7.8% reduction in crime in Castelldefels.
Technical means are also being improved with new vehicles and equipment. A key project is the creation of a second Local Police station on Castelldefels beach, an area that receives nearly two million visitors annually, not only during the summer months.

In terms of urban cleanliness, improvements have been implemented in service frequencies, the renewal of the truck fleet, and increased water sweeping, reversing one of the most critical perceptions among residents. The goal is to consolidate this service and make it economically and environmentally sustainable.
Boosting economic activity remains a strategic focus, with support measures for local commerce, tax bonuses for the self-employed and small businesses, and collaboration programs that encourage hiring, especially among youth and those over 45 years old. The government is committed to sustainable, family, sports, and congress tourism, avoiding overcrowding.
