The Fundació Claror reached an agreement with Matías Polo Palau to acquire Club Delfos in Cornellà de Llobregat, an operation expected to be formalized by the end of the first quarter of 2026.

With this transaction, closed in mid-December, the Fundació Claror significantly expands its territorial presence. Previously focused mainly on the city of Barcelona and the Vallès Oriental, the group now incorporates a reference club in the Baix Llobregat region.

"The incorporation of Club Delfos will allow us to grow with a leading club in the region, aligned with Claror's vision of promoting physical activity, health, and closeness to users."

One of the key points of the agreement is the guaranteed continuity of the Club Delfos staff. The entire team will join the Claror structure, ensuring job stability and preserving the relationship of trust with the club's more than 2,400 members. Simultaneously, the group's management standards and sports programs will be progressively introduced.

"I am happy that the continuity of the project is secured in the hands of Claror, a leading entity in sports management, with similar values and vision to ours."
