Artichokes take center stage in Baix Llobregat's new gastronomic route

A total of 32 restaurants across the region are offering special tapas and prizes throughout March.

The Baix Llobregat region is celebrating the second edition of the Carxofa Baix campaign from March 1st to 31st, bringing together 32 restaurants to promote local produce.

This culinary initiative has a strong presence in El Prat de Llobregat, where five venues including 9Cèntric and Simfonia will serve exclusive tapas featuring the local artichoke as the main ingredient.
Visitors can claim a free appetizer using a web coupon and enter a draw for ten gastronomic experiences. Winners will enjoy a guided tour of the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat on April 12th to learn about local farming.
The month's food agenda also includes the 17th Pota Blava and Carxofa Prat Gastronomic Days, highlighting the link between sustainable restoration and local agriculture.
