The Castelldefels City Council launched the 14th Healthy Living Days on February 23, a comprehensive program aimed at fostering physical and emotional well-being through workshops and expert talks.

The opening lecture, Antiaging for the brain: how to keep the mind young, agile and healthy, was delivered by Jordi Olloquequi González, a researcher from the University of Barcelona. This event kicked off a series of activities focused on personalized medicine and daily healthy habits.
Key highlights of the schedule include a workshop on managing cholesterol on March 12 and a session on sleep hygiene on March 24. The program also explores the connection between emotions and physical health, offering art therapy and relaxation techniques for all citizens.
Family-oriented activities such as natural soap making and creative workshops are also included. The initiative aims to highlight the local library's special collection on wellness, which features resources on nutrition and herbalism. Prior registration is mandatory for all participants via the municipal website.
