Corbera de Llobregat is joining the European Mobility Week, celebrated from September 16th to 22nd, with an awareness activity open to the public on Saturday, September 19th.

The European initiative aims to promote more sustainable, safe, and healthy forms of travel, such as walking, cycling, using public transport, or opting for low-emission vehicles. This year's theme is "Mobility for All," with a special focus on intergenerational justice and promoting accessible mobility for all ages and abilities.
In Corbera de Llobregat, the event will take place from 9 AM to 2 PM in the courtyard of the Escola Jaume Balmes. The Local Police will also participate, and attendees can win a prize. The City Council encourages residents to participate and join the challenge of making travel more sustainable throughout the week.
This week is an opportunity to reflect on our mobility habits and promote alternatives to private vehicles, thereby contributing to reducing pollution, improving air quality, and making municipalities healthier.
