During the plenary session, approval was also given to credit modification 33/2026 and the concession of the children's module of the former Parc school to the Saó-Prat Association. Furthermore, multi-year expenditure for the renovation of a premises intended for a Basic Social Care Team was approved.
In urban planning matters, the modification of the General Metropolitan Plan for the Estació-Seda-Urgoiti-Paperera area, concerning environmental sustainability, was definitively approved. Knowledge was also taken of decrees from the Mayor's office, resolutions from deputy mayors, and agreements from the Local Government Board.
The session included taking note of a ruling from the High Court of Justice of Catalonia and the signing of an agreement with the Tax Agency of Catalonia regarding the municipal surcharge for the tax on stays in tourist establishments.
Finally, several motions were presented, including those related to safeguarding the public pension system, accelerating climate adaptation in educational centers, the social return of major infrastructures, integrated pest management in green spaces, modification of the tax ordinance for the orange zone in the Mas Blau business park, and the toughening of sanctions for waste abandonment.
