It is estimated that the program has reached over 9,500 companies in the area, which concentrates more than 26,000 businesses and boasts a strong industrial tradition.
The focus of this edition has been the metal and mobility sectors, an area that, according to experts, is undergoing a period of profound transformation and growth. Despite this positive evolution, there remains a structural shortage of qualified professionals, particularly in technical profiles.
Collaborative work with companies has allowed for the precise identification of key competencies that the sector will require in the immediate future. These competencies are closely linked to digitalization, with the rise of Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and what is known as green talent.
