The Cursa de la Vicentina returns to Sant Vicenç dels Horts on Sunday, October 18, starting at 10 AM from the Parc de la Foneria. The athletic event will feature two routes, one of 5 km and another of 10 km, which will run through the urban center, the BV-2002, and the river area, causing mobility disruptions.

The event, organized by the City Council and the Provincial Council, offers a flat circuit combining the urban core with interurban roads and access to the river area. Participants will receive a technical t-shirt as a gift. Results will be available at www.gesport.cat.
To ensure safety, the Local Police and volunteer staff will implement traffic closures. It is recommended to avoid using vehicles or to plan travel accordingly. The Sant Boi road will be closed between 9 AM and 10:30 AM. From 9 AM onwards, other route roads will be closed and gradually reopened.
The street of Claverol, between Sant Vicenç and Sant Josep streets, will be closed from 6 AM to 2 PM. Access and exits to permanent garages of homes and industrial buildings will also be affected.
As alternative routes, it is suggested to use the Torrelles road (BV-2005) and the N-340 to cross the municipality or access the Molí dels Frares industrial estate. Parking is prohibited in the Foneria area from Saturday, October 17, at 2 PM, and in other affected areas from 6 AM on Sunday.
Public transport will also undergo modifications. Line L62 towards Torrelles de Ll. and towards Molins de Rei/Barcelona will be diverted due to closures on Jacint Verdaguer street, Claverol street, and the Sant Boi road. The service of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) will not be affected.
