This meeting, which took place on Wednesday, brought together representatives of the security forces and the Cunit City Council. The main objective was to analyze the types of crimes affecting the locality and establish strategies to enhance security.

Although current data show a significant reduction in criminal incidents compared to previous periods, authorities have emphasized the importance of maintaining and increasing prevention efforts. Therefore, it has been decided to intensify operational coordination between the Cunit Local Police and the Mossos d'Esquadra.

This collaboration will materialize through joint controls and coordinated operations that have begun to be implemented in various parts of the municipality since Wednesday. The meeting also served to prepare for the upcoming Cunit Local Security Board, scheduled for June 3, where a comprehensive assessment of the security situation and joint actions will be conducted.
