The project will be located on municipal plots in Ramon Llull and Ginebró streets. These sites were transferred to the Generalitat's public land reserve in March 2024. Each building will contain approximately ten apartments, helping to alleviate the housing pressure in this coastal town.

The construction companies will hold the surface rights for 75 years, after which the buildings will return to municipal ownership. This plan is part of a broader strategy to increase the local public housing stock from 22 to 80 units in the coming years.
