The Mossos d'Esquadra police force has arrested a 37-year-old man in Calafell accused of four counts of theft from vehicles and two counts of bank fraud committed since October.

The investigation started in Segur de Calafell after a credit card was stolen from a car and used to spend 73.90 euros. Further thefts were reported in February at a communal garage on David de Mas street.
Police identified the suspect after finding a stolen bicycle abandoned on the Sant Joan de Déu promenade. The man, who has more than twenty police records, was taken to court in El Vendrell on February 20.
