The Emotional Well-being Table of Badalona, a network space involving services, entities, and professionals, has scheduled activities for all ages related to art, music, nature, movement, and relaxation.
Attendees can participate in practical workshops such as “Aromas that Care”, focusing on aromatic plants; “Rooted: The Tree of Our Emotions”, a collective artistic construction; and “Resonate: Body, Music, and Your Emotions”, exploring emotions through movement and music.
Other offerings include “Touch, Feel, and Express Yourself”, a space for percussion and free music, and “Badalona for Emotional Well-being: Meeting, Tools, and Guidance”, an information point with professionals to advise on municipal resources.
In the afternoon, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, the guided session “Breathe and Connect: Tools for Your Well-being” will be held, focusing on relaxation and emotional management. Children will have their own space with a children's yoga activity designed to help them recognize emotions.
