The event hall of Espai Betúlia, located at Enric Borràs street, 43-47, will be the venue for the gathering taking place from 5:30 PM to 7:15 PM. This event, jointly organized by the Education Service of the Badalona City Council and the Educational Service of the Generalitat de Catalunya, will bring together teachers, management teams, and the entire educational community, from nurseries to university.
During the day, the Teacher Training Plan for the 2026-2027 academic year and the new Educational Activities Guide 2026-27 will be presented. This guide compiles the pedagogical proposals and educational activities offered to the city's educational centers.
The central conference, titled "Art and Science: Creative Processes to Transform Education in Badalona," will be delivered by Dimas Fàbregas, a specialist teacher in Artistic Education and facilitator of educational improvement processes based on the relationship between artistic languages and globalized learning. The presentation will offer an innovative perspective on current educational challenges.
Fàbregas will explore how curiosity, experimentation, and imagination are essential elements in both scientific research and artistic creative processes. The session will emphasize creativity, innovation, and interdisciplinarity as tools for advancing new ways of teaching and learning, addressing the current challenges faced by the educational community.
The event will be attended by institutional representatives, including the Councilor for Education of the Badalona City Council, Vanesa González; the Deputy Councilor for Education, Marc Cruz; and the Director of Territorial Services for Barcelonès of the Department of Education and Vocational Training of the Generalitat, Núria Ramos Estudillo.
